No. The online assessment is how a prescriber decides whether to issue one. If approved, the prescription is handled between the prescriber and our partner pharmacy; there is nothing to print or post.
Nothing is charged for starting or submitting an assessment. Payment is taken only when you confirm an order after a prescriber has approved your request.
You can cancel before the order is passed to the partner pharmacy for dispensing; after that, medicines cannot be returned for resale. Contact us as soon as possible and see our delivery and returns policy.
Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
About five minutes. Your answers are saved after every step, so you can stop and come back later without losing anything.
The kind a GP intake form asks: your date of birth, height and weight, the medicines you take, allergies, existing conditions and whether you have used the treatment before. Some questions only appear depending on earlier answers.
A UK-registered prescriber reviews every assessment before anything is dispensed. They may ask a follow-up question through your account before deciding.
Your account will show "Unable to Proceed" with a message from the prescriber. No payment is taken. If you have concerns about your health, speak to your GP.
No. General answers such as your date of birth and known allergies are carried over for you to confirm; only the treatment-specific questions are asked afresh.
To addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
Orders are dispatched after prescriber approval and dispensing, and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. They typically arrive 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Plain, unmarked outer packaging with nothing to indicate what is inside, apart from the return address the courier requires.
Where the courier provides tracking, the reference appears in My Orders as soon as the parcel is dispatched, and we email it to you.
The courier follows its usual procedure, which may include a card, a redelivery attempt or a local collection point. Medicines are never left in a safe place without your instruction; if you want the courier to use one, say so in your account before dispatch.
Yes. Your assessment answers, the status of each request and your orders all live in your account, and the prescriber needs to know who they are reviewing. Registration takes a minute.
So the prescriber can confirm the person they are reviewing and, if needed, contact you about your request.
Sign in and open My Assessments or My Orders. We also email you whenever a status changes.
Check your junk folder, then use "Send a new verification link" from your account. You can start an assessment before verifying, but you need a verified address to submit it.
Only the prescriber reviewing your request and the partner pharmacy dispensing it. Your answers are never shown on public pages or used for marketing.
Only with your consent, which you give or withhold inside the assessment. We ask for your GP surgery details so that, if you agree, we can let them know about treatment you receive through the service.
Account and order records are kept for eight years after your last order, which is the period pharmacy record-keeping requires, then deleted. Details are in our privacy policy.
Email us from the address on your account and we will send a copy of your information or close your account within 30 days, keeping only the records we are legally required to hold.
