About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Meds To You, operated by [To be confirmed], company number [To be confirmed]. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. The service is available to customers aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep them up to date, because prescribers rely on them. Your account is personal to you; do not share your password or complete an assessment on someone else's behalf. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Online assessments

An assessment is a request for treatment, not a guarantee of it. Answer every question honestly and completely. A UK-registered prescriber decides whether a treatment can be provided; they may ask for more information or decline the request. Prescribing decisions are the prescriber's alone, and Meds To You does not influence them.

Orders and payment

An order is placed only after a prescriber has approved your request and you have confirmed the order and paid. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Your order is dispensed by our partner pharmacy, [To be confirmed], which is responsible for the medicines it supplies.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, in plain packaging. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. See our delivery and returns policy.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order until it has been passed to the partner pharmacy for dispensing, and you will receive a full refund. Because of the rules on the resale of medicines, dispensed medicines cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order, and our liability to you is limited to the value of the order concerned.
