Delivery areas

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally and cannot deliver to forwarding agents. Some couriers may not deliver certain medicines to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Delivery times and costs

Orders are dispatched after a prescriber has approved your request and the partner pharmacy has dispensed it, usually the same or next working day. Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and typically takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Orders approved and dispensed before 3pm on a working day are handed to the courier the same day.

Packaging

Every order is sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents or the nature of the service, apart from the return address the courier requires.

Tracking

Where the courier provides tracking, the reference appears in My Orders as soon as the parcel is dispatched, and we email it to you. If you are not at home the courier follows its usual procedure, which may include a card, a redelivery attempt or a local collection point.

Returns of medicines

By law, medicines that have left the dispensing pharmacy cannot be returned for resale, so we cannot accept returns or give refunds for dispensed medicines unless they are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are passed to the partner pharmacy for dispensing. Unwanted medicines can be taken to any community pharmacy for safe disposal.

Damaged or missing items

If a parcel arrives damaged, is missing items or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and the partner pharmacy and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
