Who we are

Meds To You is operated by [To be confirmed], company number [To be confirmed], registered at [To be confirmed]. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website. Our ICO registration number is [To be confirmed].

What information we collect

Account details (name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, delivery addresses), your GP surgery details if you choose to give them, the answers you give in online assessments, order and payment records (we never store full card numbers), and messages you send us.

How we use your information

To run your account, to pass your assessment to a prescriber for review, to arrange dispensing and delivery of approved orders, to keep you informed about the status of assessments and orders, to answer your enquiries, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We only send marketing emails or text messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time from My Details.

Health information

Your assessment answers are special category data. We process them with your explicit consent, which you give when you submit an assessment, and for the provision of health care by the prescriber. They are visible only to the prescriber reviewing your request, to the partner pharmacy dispensing an approved order, and to staff who need them to support you. They are never used for marketing or shown on public pages.

Sharing your information

We share what is necessary with: the prescriber and prescribing partner ([To be confirmed]) to review your request; the partner pharmacy ([To be confirmed]) to dispense approved orders; the courier to deliver them (name and address only); our payment provider to take payment; and your GP, only with your consent. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep information

Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as regulation requires for prescription records. Assessment answers are kept as part of your treatment record for the same period: eight years after your last order. Contact-form messages are deleted once your enquiry is resolved.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to marketing at any time, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
