About this service
Lansoprazole is available through our online service. The online assessment asks about your general health, your current medicines and any allergies. It takes a few minutes and your answers are saved as you go, so you can come back to finish later.
A UK-registered prescriber reviews every assessment before anything is dispensed. If your request is approved, your treatment is dispensed by our partner pharmacy and delivered in discreet, unmarked packaging. You can follow the status of your assessment and order from your account.
How the assessment works

1 Answer the health questions
Sign in or create an account, then answer questions about your general health, the medicines you take and any allergies. Some questions only appear depending on earlier answers, so it stays short. Your answers are saved after every step.
2 Check and submit
A review page shows everything you entered with an edit link for each section. Once you submit, your answers are locked so the prescriber sees exactly what you sent.
3 A prescriber reviews your request
A UK-registered prescriber reads your assessment and decides whether the treatment can be provided through an online service. They may ask a follow-up question first; you will see it in your account and by email. Prescribers review requests Monday to Saturday.
4 Order, dispensing and delivery
If approved, confirm your order and delivery address and pay securely. Our partner pharmacy dispenses your treatment and it is sent to you in plain packaging with tracking where the courier provides it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a prescription before I start?
No. The online assessment is how a prescriber decides whether to issue one. If approved, the prescription is handled between the prescriber and our partner pharmacy; there is nothing to print or post.
Can I use my account for other treatments?
Yes. You register once. Each treatment you request has its own assessment and its own status in My Assessments, and general answers such as your date of birth and known allergies are carried over for you to confirm.
What if the prescriber needs more information?
Your assessment shows "Further Information Required" with the prescriber's message. Choose "Update my answers", make the change and submit again. Your original answers are kept on record.
What will the parcel look like?
Plain outer packaging with nothing to indicate what is inside, apart from the return address the courier requires. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. The service is for customers in the United Kingdom only and orders are delivered to UK addresses.
