What we do
We provide the online assessment, the review workflow and the ordering service. Prescribing decisions are made by UK-registered prescribers and dispensing is carried out by our partner pharmacy. Their names, regulators and registration numbers are published on our Regulatory Information page.
How your information is handled
The health information you give in an assessment is stored securely in your account and is only used for the treatment you are requesting. It is never shown on public pages, included in marketing emails or shared with your GP without your consent. Our privacy policy explains this in full.
Getting in touch
Questions about the service can be sent through the contact form. Please do not include health information in that form; anything about your assessment should go through your account, where it is kept private.
