What happens after your assessment is approved

Guides

Approval, ordering, dispensing and dispatch: the steps between a prescriber saying yes and your treatment arriving.

When a prescriber approves your assessment, the status in your account changes to Approved and we send you an email. Here is what follows.

Confirming your order

Approval is not an order. You choose whether to go ahead, confirm the delivery address from your account and pay securely. Nothing is dispensed until you have done this.

Dispensing by our partner pharmacy

Your order is passed to our partner pharmacy, which is regulated in the UK and responsible for checking and dispensing your treatment. During this stage your order shows as Being Prepared.

Dispatch and delivery

Once dispensed, your order is packed in discreet, unmarked packaging and handed to the courier. The status changes to Dispatched and, where the courier provides it, you can follow tracking from My Orders.

If the prescriber needs more information

Sometimes the prescriber asks a follow-up question before deciding. Your assessment then shows Further Information Required with a message explaining what is needed. Choose Update my answers, make the change and submit again. Your original answers are kept on record.

If we are unable to proceed

Occasionally a prescriber decides that a treatment cannot be provided through an online service. Your account will show Unable to Proceed together with a message from the prescriber explaining what to do next. If your circumstances change you can request an assessment again, and a prescriber will review it afresh.
