Delivery, packaging and what to expect at your door

Guides

How your order is packed, which couriers we use and what to do if you are not in when it arrives.

We know that privacy matters when medicines are delivered to your home. This article covers how orders are packed and delivered.

Plain, unmarked packaging

Every order is sent in plain packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate what is inside or where it has come from, other than the return address required by the courier.

Couriers and timescales

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Parcels approved and dispensed before 3pm on a working day are handed to Royal Mail the same day and typically arrive within one to three working days. Delivery is to UK addresses only.

Tracking your parcel

Where the courier provides tracking, the tracking reference appears in My Orders as soon as the parcel is dispatched. We also email it to you.

If you are not at home

The courier will follow its usual procedure, which may include leaving a card, attempting redelivery or taking the parcel to a local collection point. Where an order has special handling instructions, they are shown with the tracking details. Medicines are never left in a safe place unless you have asked for one in your delivery address.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us through the contact form with your order number and we will look into it with the courier.
